Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions outline the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the users and the store, and govern the business relationship between the seller and the customer. As a customer, you are bound by the terms valid at the time of purchase. When placing an order (purchase request), we will remind you of these terms, and you will be required to confirm your acknowledgment of them.

We aim to provide the best possible online store experience, including monitoring the online store’s performance, expanding capacity according to the number of users, providing customer support, and resolving any system errors or issues.

We reserve the right to modify the content published on the online store.

Disclaimer
We do not take responsibility for potential issues in the operation of the online store and services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the online store.

We are not liable for any damages you may suffer due to the inability to use the online store.

Responsibility for the accuracy of data

You may only use the online store to send truthful, binding, and legally valid orders or purchase requests. We reserve the right to modify or amend these general terms and conditions at any time. The changes take effect on the date of publication on the online store. We recommend periodically checking these terms to stay informed about any changes.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or discontinue any part of our business, including the online store or any of its components, at any time without prior notice.

More favorable law
If any issue regulated by these terms is more favorably regulated for you (the consumer) by law or other applicable regulations, we will apply that more favorable provision.

Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from the use of the online store, the court located in the seller’s jurisdiction will have authority.

Notice of how to file a consumer complaint
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform consumers that complaints can be submitted in writing to:

Ordering process
By clicking the "Add to cart" button, you add the selected product to your cart. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve or order the product. You may continue adding products or review your cart by clicking “View Cart” or proceed to “Checkout,” where you will enter your personal and delivery information. After entering your information, you will choose the delivery method (if multiple options are available) and the payment method.

At the final review of your order, you will have the opportunity to check your entered information. You can complete the order after confirming that you are familiar with the terms of purchase and the privacy policy.

Contract formation
The contract of sale via the online store is governed in accordance with legal provisions, considering the principles and provisions of European Union directives and regulations. The conclusion of the contract via the online store represents a distance contract.

Displaying goods in the online store does not constitute a binding offer from us but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you send us a purchase offer (order) with an obligation to pay for the items in your cart.

We will immediately send a confirmation to your email that we have received your purchase request (offer). This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order or contract formation.

We may accept your order within two days and notify you via email. The receipt of the order acceptance is considered the moment of contract formation.

Prices
Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT as required by law.

Languages offered for contract formation
The contract is concluded in Croatian or English.

Consumer dispute resolution
We strive to resolve every dispute amicably, but you have the right to use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms, such as submitting a claim to the Honorary Court of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and/or submitting a mediation proposal to the Mediation Center of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Croatia will have authority, with Croatian law applied.

Alternative consumer dispute resolution
In case of a dispute with the seller, the customer may file a complaint with the European Commission via the online dispute resolution platform.
