Goods ordered via the divestore.hr web shop are delivered via standard postal service (HP) or one of the express delivery services (HP Express, DPD, GLS, inTime, Intereuropa).

When completing the order, the customer chooses whether the goods will be delivered via standard postal service or express delivery. The choice affects the total delivery cost.

If the customer chooses express delivery, the logistics manager of the web shop will select the delivery service based on the customer's address, package weight and volume, delivery time, etc.

Special requests/instructions for delivery can be specified when completing the order (in the Notes field before submitting the order).

When ordering, the web interface automatically calculates the delivery cost based on the selected delivery type (standard or express), package dimensions, and weight.

The time required to deliver the order to the customer depends on several factors:

• the chosen delivery method
• the delivery address
• the package dimensions and/or weight, etc.

Divestore.hr, in cooperation with its delivery partners, will always choose the fastest and most economical delivery option (within the selected delivery type and package characteristics). To ensure smooth delivery without unnecessary delays, it is essential for the customer to provide an accurate and precise delivery address (or contact phone number) where the courier/postal service can deliver the package during business hours (from 08:00 to 16:00).

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address/contact phone number, refuses to receive the package, or is repeatedly unavailable at the provided address, the package will be returned to the Divestore.hr warehouse, and the customer will be contacted. If you choose to request redelivery, additional delivery fees will apply.

Croatia

The price of standard delivery within Croatia ranges from EUR 4.25 to EUR 39.15, depending on the weight of the package.
Free standard delivery within Croatia is available for orders over EUR 80.00.
Free delivery is not available for all products or for packages weighing more than 31.50 kg.

The expected delivery time for standard delivery is 2 to 4 days.

The delivery price to the islands is EUR 2.50 more expensive than standard delivery for packages of the same weight.
Delivery to the islands may take a few additional days.

Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary

Delivery prices range from EUR 23.23 to EUR 36.11, depending on the weight of the package.

The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 days.

Slovenia

Delivery prices range from EUR 9.43 to EUR 16.20, depending on the weight of the package.
Free delivery to Slovenia is available for orders over EUR 150.00.
Free delivery is not available for all products or for packages weighing more than 31.50 kg.

The expected delivery time is 1 to 2 days.

Serbia

Delivery prices range from EUR 29.47 to EUR 70.21, depending on the weight of the package.

The expected delivery time is 4 to 5 days.

Montenegro

Delivery prices range from EUR 22.00 to EUR 79.00, depending on the weight of the package.

The expected delivery time is 7 to 14 days.
