Statement on the Protection of Personal Data Transmission
Protection of personal data is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679, as well as the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Monri WSPay, as the processor for credit card authorization and payment, handles personal data in the capacity of a data processor and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679 and under the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation regarding the protection of data entry and transmission.
Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection for data entry and transmission.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and payment, or in the execution of obligations arising from the Contract or based on the Contract, are considered confidential.
For the execution of the Contract (authorization and payment), the following personal data of the customer are required:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Address
- City
- Postal code
- Country
- Card type
- Card number
- Card expiration date
- CVV code
Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of executing the authorization and payment contract.
Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions set by applicable personal data protection regulations for data processors, especially by taking all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, as confirmed by its PCI DSS L1 certification.
