Become one with the water. Welcome to the Zen of diving. The MC11 ZEN is a travel-friendly regulator designed for water temperatures of 10°C and above. Its compact, ultralightweight design
means you’ll barely notice it's there, even on long dives. The balanced diaphragm MC11 1st stage features Cressi’s PressureSync technology, which maintains consistent Intermediate Pressure (IP)
throughout each breathing cycle. This innovative design reduces pressure fluctuations, delivering one of the smoothest and most comfortable breathing experiences available. A high-capacity conical filter traps more impurities from the cylinder than a standard flat filter, protecting internal components, providing cleaner air and reducing maintenance needs. The ZEN 2nd stage has special Radial Pressure Openings that evenly distribute water pressure across the diaphragm, reducing free-flows and ensuring the 2nd stage delivers air only when needed, even in strong currents. The risk of a free-flow is further reduced thanks to the adjustable Venturi system, pre-dive mode minimises free-flows at the surface and dive mode optimises performance underwater. With a nickel-plated anti-scratch coating and protective bumpers to guard against wear and tear, the MC11 ZEN is built for warm-water
adventurers.

• Croatia

  The price of standard delivery for Croatia ranges from 4.25 to 39.15 EUR, depending on the weight of the shipment. Free delivery within Croatia is available for orders over 80.00 EUR.
  Free delivery is NOT AVAILABLE for large-sized products or for shipments weighing more than 31.50 kg.
  The expected standard delivery time is 2 to 4 days. The delivery price to islands is 2.50 EUR more expensive than standard delivery for the same weight. Delivery to islands may be extended by a few days.
   

• Slovenia

  The delivery price ranges from 9.40 to 16.00 EUR, depending on the weight of the shipment. 
  The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 days.
   

• Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary

  The delivery price ranges from 27.80 to 41.70 EUR, depending on the weight of the shipment.
  The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 days.
   

• Serbia

  The delivery price ranges from 29.47 to 70.21 EUR, depending on the weight of the shipment.
  The expected delivery time is 4 to 5 days.
  
  

You can return all or individual items within 14 days without providing a reason.

You must notify us by email about your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the 14-day period expires, in which you will state your full name, address, phone number, and you can also use the form for unilateral termination of the contract

If you unilaterally terminate the contract, we will refund the money we received from you, including the delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, unless you have chosen a different delivery method that is not the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made in the same way that you made the payment. If you agree to a different refund method, you will not incur any additional costs.

The refund can be made only after the goods have been returned to us.

You must return the goods to us in an undamaged, unworn, and unused condition. You must not freely use the goods until the contract is terminated.

You bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

According to Article 86, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Protection Act, the right to unilateral termination is excluded for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and are made according to consumer specifications, at the consumer's choice, or customized for the consumer, goods that have an expiration date, for contracts whose subject is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

• Bank transfer

  Via bank payment order, general payment slip in a bank or Internet banking.
  Payment details, including the BIC/SWIFT and IBAN to which the order amount should be transferred will be sent to the email address provided during the order process.
   

• Credit / debit card

  Secure payment via the Monri WSPay payment system.
  You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, or Diners cards.
   

• Cash on delivery

  If you choose cash on delivery, you are obligated to pay for the products upon receiving them. Payment to the courier can be made in cash or with a credit / debit card. We do not guarantee the possibility of card payment to the courier as it depends on the selected delivery service.

  Cash on delivery is only available to customers whose delivery address is in Croatia.

  Certain large and/or bulky items cannot be paid for by cash on delivery but exclusively via bank transfer or card.
